A transition from LumApps to Sitecore XM Cloud spanning more than 5,000 intranet pages required coordinated content implementation, stakeholder participation, and publishing support.

Scope of contribution

Page implementation and review in Sitecore, stakeholder coordination, publishing approvals, offshore content-builder training, content governance support, and asset metadata review.

Responsibilities were within the implementation team.
