Privacy Policy

How Whyteops handles information shared through this website.

Effective September 11, 2026.

Information you provide

When you contact Whyteops, we collect your name, work email, selected inquiry category, message, and company or organization if you choose to provide it. We also record the submission time and a reference identifier.

How we use your information

We use this information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, discuss potential engagements, and maintain a record of our correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a mailing list. We do not sell contact-form information or use it for targeted advertising.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in the database provided by our website hosting service. The inquiries interface is restricted to the authorized Whyteops owner. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information as needed to operate and secure the service. We may disclose information when required by law.

Security and technical information

The website uses encrypted connections and access controls. Hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential project materials through this form.

How long we keep information

We retain inquiry information while it is needed to respond, manage a potential or ongoing engagement, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We review stored inquiries and remove information that is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by using our contact form or contacting Eric Whyte through LinkedIn. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.

Other services

The site loads typography from Google Fonts. Visiting third-party services such as LinkedIn is subject to their privacy policies. The public contact form does not require an account. ChatGPT sign-in is used for the private inquiries interface and may use authentication cookies.

Policy updates

We will update this policy when our practices change and show the revised effective date on this page.
